Saabya is an online store offering women's ethnic wear, including kurtis, co-ord sets and 2-piece sets, operated from Ahmedabad, India.

Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18, or shopping under a parent/guardian's supervision, to place an order
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information when ordering or creating an account
• You agree not to misuse the site, including unauthorized access or uploading harmful code

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colour, fabric and sizing accurately; slight variation may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted/dyeing processes. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify prices or availability without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, for Cash on Delivery orders, after our confirmation call/message. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was already made.

All content on this site — including photographs, product designs, logos and text — is the property of Saabya and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Saabya is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
