Getting Your Order To You
We currently ship across India. Every order is packed with care and handed over to our courier partners as quickly as possible, so it reaches you in the best condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 4–6 business days from dispatch
- Non-metro / rest of India: 6–10 business days from dispatch
Timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions or peak-season volume.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies below that, and on Cash on Delivery orders
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link shared over email/SMS, or by writing in to us with your order number.
Undelivered or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is undelivered after multiple courier attempts, it is returned to us and we will reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund, as applicable. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us.
International Shipping
We don't currently ship outside India, but we're working on it. Follow us or sign up to our newsletter to know when international shipping opens up.
