Exchange Window

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached in their original packaging.

Size or Style Exchange

For a different size or another product of equal or higher value (difference payable), we offer a free exchange within the window above. This category is exchange-only — we do not offer a cash refund for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup and, based on the issue, offer a replacement, exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

How To Request a Return

• Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason
• Our team confirms eligibility and arranges pickup, or shares a self-ship address
• Once received and quality-checked, we process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective or wrong items) are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items marked "final sale" or bought during clearance sales
• Products showing signs of wear, alteration or damage caused after delivery
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
